    Analytic Description

    CDP Investimenti SGR SpA, current owner, acquired in December 2013 by the State the property accordingly to the terms and procedures provided by the special legislation governing the sale of assets owned by the State (art. 11 quinquies of Law Decree n. 203/ 2005). The complex, now entirely free, was home to the offices of the Inland Revenue, and even before they are intended for use office, was part of the building relevant the old Jesuit College, adjacent to the church of S. Stefano dating back to 1782. Only in 1805 the monastery was abandoned and acquired property to the State. The property consists of two buildings: 1. the former barracks which is on three floors plus a basement; 2. The block of garages on one floor above ground in an area that is offset from the main building. The property includes an internal courtyard at the main building. In the courtyard of relevance are 7 covered parking spaces and a closed box equipped for the car wash 8 more parking spaces on the ground tracked. The retail area is about 2,108.40 square meters, the land of approximately 1,871.80 square meters meters that blanket is approximately 1,086.30 square meters. The supporting structure is composed of brick walls, and the interior have vaulted ceilings, with the exception of some environment subsequently realized with cover to steel beams and brick. The roof is made of wood and the roof covering in Marseilles tiles: The interiors have a part in paving the stoneware and terrazzo and marble chips, windows and wooden shutters. The requirements of MIBACT fact provide for the conservation of the property and its maintenance and preservation of the interior spaces as they are distributed, ensuring the conservation of existing vaults and arches. These requirements in line with the recovery plan or with the Instrument urban executive, ranking the building in the central historical and expected future destinations such as: residential uses, offices professional studies and / or educational activities. The requirements for the area on which the property is located indicate that it is an area subject to restrictions as central historic area, area subject to catastrophic flood, area subject to protection by presence of archaeological features.
